Maison Moët & Chandon, founded in 1743, is one of the largest champagne producers in the world. "Casa" produces two million boxes of champagne annually and in 1962 it was the first producer on the French Stock Exchange. The name Chandon was added to the company when Jean-Rémy Moët ceded half of the company to his son-in-law Pierre-Gabriel Chandon de Briailles in 1832, and the other half to his son, Victor Moët. In 1840 the brand introduced the concept of vintage champagne and in 1842 launched the first. Its most well-known label, Dom Perignon, is a world reference that pays homage to the famous Benedictine monk the “father of Champagne”. Maison Moët & Chandon merged with Cognac's Hennessy in 1971 and Louis Vuitton in 1987 to become LVMH (Louis-Vuitton-Moët-Hennessy), the largest luxury group in the world. Champagne Dom Pérignon after aging ten years, produced with the best grapes of that year, hits the market in vintage bottles. Maison Moët & Chandon launches a Dom Pérignon champagne from the 2006 vintage in a vintage bottle. Winemaker Richard Geoffroy, responsible for the production of Dom Pérignon since 1990, guarantees that the wine has “a rich touch of blackberry supported by a silvery minerality and notes of coriander”. In addition, "in the mouth it is powerful, structured and dense, with an intriguingly spicy flower finish". The maturation based on the winery of the 2006 harvest was very slow. For a long time, wine was largely dominated only by the ripening of the fruit. It was not until 2015 that the breadth and harmony of its first fullness were finally revealed.

Opulent, complex, silky, with excellent creaminess, with savory and toasted flavors, added to an intense finish.
